I have been working as a complementary therapist since 1999.

I met Ross Emmett in 2007 and was blown away by the incredible speed and ease of the EMMETT Technique. Since then all my energies, focus and excitement have centred around EMMETT.

Fast forward to today. I am a Senior Instructors for EMMETT Therapies UK, an Advanced EMMETT Practitioner, an EMM-Tech Tutor and a tutor of EMMETT Instructors and Tutors.

I travel all over the UK and Ireland delivering EMMETT workshops and I work from home seeing clients.

My earlier training included several kinds of Bowen Therapy and other bodywork techniques.

I am also a Body Control Pilates Instructor.
